Overview

This article is about resolving connection errors between Trade Runner to Trade Me.


How to Check the Connection

  • Trade Runner requires a connection to your selling account on Trade Me to update products, inventory and orders
  • To check or fix the connection between Trade Runner and Trade Me, launch the Trade Runner or Omnivore App from your ecommerce store.
  • From the App Dashboard navigate to 'Settings - Trade Me - General'. 
  • Click 'Check Connection'. 
  • If there is no connection, click the 'Authorise Now' button, if this is the case you are likely to see an error like this:
  • When you click Authorise Now, you will be taken to Trade Me to sign into your account and approve the connection.
