NB: This article relates to Shopify only, where the store currency is different to the marketplace currency.

If the marketplace currency is different to your store currency you can force Traderunner to change the transaction amount to your store currency rather than the currency of the marketplace.

For example: Your Shopify store currency is AUD and the marketplace currency is NZD. We send the order back in this format.

Transaction  currency = NZD

Total Order currency = AUD

If Shopify does not respect the transaction currency , you can force Traderunner to pass it back to Shopify in the same currency as your store

Transaction  currency = AUD

Total Order currency = AUD

To do this, login into Traderunner- > Settings - > Shopify Feed- > General - >Order Export and tick the box

Send transaction amount in store currency

Then click the update button.

All orders pushed to Shopify from this point onward will have the currency match that of the Shopify store.
