Overview

This FAQ reviews how to change or stop an active promotion.


Changing a promotion that's active

  1. Go to active promotions page and click ‘edit’ on the promotion you want to change. 
  2. You can then change any aspect of the promotion. 
  3. Click ‘update promotion’. 
  4. Then click the ‘Apply active promotions’ button to make the changes happen immediately.

Stop a promotion that is active

  1. Go to active promotions page and  click ‘delete’ for the promotion you want to stop. This will delete the promotion. 
  2. Then click the ‘Apply active promotions’ button to make the changes happen immediately.
