Our system will import images attached to Options e.g colours or size) OR the main images added to the parent product but not both.
Here is an example:
If your products have options (e.g colours or size) and images have been added in the 'Images & Videos' tab in Bigcommerce (screenshot 1 below and to each option (screenshot 2) we will only import the images attached to the options in screenshot 2. -
