Data used from BigCommerce in Trade Runner

TradeRunner SKU
TradeRunner uses the BigCommerce Product ID as the SKU.
The BigCommerce Product ID is the unique number BigCommerce creates when the product is created.
This is different from the optional SKU field in BigCommerce.
TradeRunner Retailer Reference
TradeRunner creates the Retailer Reference from BigCommerce product data.
This gives each product variant a unique reference in TradeRunner, including products with multiple variants.
Important when creating Product Groups
When creating Product Groups in TradeRunner, use the SKU shown in TradeRunner.
Do not use the retailer SKU you may have entered in BigCommerce.
The SKU field in BigCommerce is optional. This means it may be blank, inconsistent, or unavailable.
TradeRunner requires a unique "SKU" for all products, so it uses the BigCommerce Product ID to create the SKU in TradeRunner as it will alway be unique.
The TradeRunner SKU:

- cannot be edited
- must be used when creating Product Groups
- must be used when creating promotions or similar setup rules
